When my visa expired in Ireland, I didn't feel that my time was up yet in Europe. I heard about a Christian youth hostel in Amsterdam, Netherlands, called the Shelter and decided to apply. Eventually I stayed for 16 months, and it ended up being one of the best times of my life working with Christians from all over the world, meeting people from all nationalities, and learning a lot about ministry and leadership.
